Happening to me as well, pretty close to uninstalling the slickdeals app or just figuring out where these Walmart ads are served from and blocking that domain forever. I don't mind ads, I mind intrusive ads.

They have tried a number of things that haven't worked out but from what I understand made a new change a few hours ago that hopefully works better.
