Worth it over regular m12 non-fuel for home mechanic?
not at all...
the limited power increase is meaningless (yeah it's double on the newest gen... but double of an already tiny number is still tiny ), you aren't using these to break things loose or tighten fully anyway. the Fuel is slightly bulkier too, so can be annoying in tight places.
That's no deal, I have two of these and paid less than $90 each.
you sure you're thinking about the latest Fuel version that was released this year..? cause that's this, the 3053-20, the last gen was 2557-20.
little more torque, double the speed and new handle shape.
not worth this price in any way... just saying you probably didn't get this one for 90$ yet.
Good deal, not a great value relative to other options imo. I have the ~ $90 one that I've beaten to hell and back-great for running nuts, etc. IMO, if you need more than 30 ft lbs, go for impact.

These are straight trash and dangerous to use if not careful. It's way too powerful at low speeds. It seems to continue running after you let off. It will destroy fasteners. Prefer my insider and OG brushed electric ratchets
Worst combo I seen imo. I love Milwaukee fuel , I'll never understand why they do this , m12 fuel compact tool , large battery not a H.O. Either. A 2.5 h.o. or 3.0 cp battery should be in this kit and probably 2 of them wouldn't cost more than a few cents to manufacture would be best! again imo but makes sense to me!
