I ended up getting my Pro for $555.20 (Aliexpress using coupon/paypal promo/(Rak-you-10 Cashback).. deal was so good I cancelled my pre-order.

That's an insane deal on the Pro. Not sure I'm willing to give Flashforge a chance after the whole debacle with monitoring your prints for "guns", but at that price point I would have considered it.

I'm running my C5P in "LAN Mode" and using open-source Orca Slicer.. not using any of the desktop flashforge software. Was very easy to setup to do so.

Should have jumped on it yesterday the price is now $869...I had it in my cart out the door was going to be $601 but I was trying to find space in my room for a 3rd printer lol oh well

Glad I decided to buy now and think later on this one. This is the lowest I've seen it anywhere. Thanks OP! For those that missed it, I'm sure similar deals on this will pop up again once demand has settled down a bit. Flashforge printers tend to go on sale a lot.
