I am not familiar with this brand and the price does not seem particularly slick BUT potato starch is amazing stuff and if you have never used it before I recommend you give it a try. For example, soft tofu rolled in potato starch and deep fried is delicious. Chicken chunks rolled in potato starch and deep fried are delicious. The texture is different from either wheat flour or corn starch. The potato starch seems to form a rubbery shell around the food which crisps up wonderfully in the pan. Powder coating for fried food!
