If you check their eBay feedback they are routinely around 95% positive. eBay's system now marks any sale that does not have feedback as positive. Also it allows for positive and neutral revisions up. I interpret this as at least 1 in 20 sales they make are messed up so badly and close out without a resolution that is acceptable.
Everyone on here wants a deal. But do you really want to roll a d20 with every purchase to see if you will get the deal or get bamboozled?

I'm still waiting eight days after escalating this and being told the issue was being referred "to upper management for a partial refund evaluation."
