I got it for $10 back in April. Price matched BB to BJ's when it was $59. (Manager reluctantly agreed) It's a great game. $30 is fair for sure.

Valhalla is fine as is Shadows, but if you like Origins, you may love Odyssey (which will also be very cheap these days)

I've played all of the Assassin's Creed games and this one was one of my least favorite.
If you're on the fence about this one, I would skip it and play ghost of tsushima instead.

Assassin's Creed and Ghost of Tsushima play completely different. But I agree, if I had to choose, Ghost of Tsushima is ann absolute winner.

I think Odyssey > Origins > Shadows > Valhalla

Odyssey has easily the best writing of them. Shadows and Valhalla were both a letdown for me. Odyssey is one of the best in the series but all of the new 4 are basically action-adventure RPG games and not "true" AC games. Origins has probably the least bloat but it's still long. The Black Flag remake is worth checking out if you want to play the older more assassin-y games.
