This isn't really anything special per say. The one item that I buy and track is the Slim Core Temp Chino with the sale and extra discount is $48. The lowest I've seen is when they do take 60% with an additional 40% off which brings it to $43.20.

Cotton/poly chinos can be had for $20 if you aren't married to a brand. They all come from the same factories and are simply rebranded.
