The filling stations around here have air pumps and state law mandates they be free, as a result the stations don't maintain them so they are worthless. We have a Les Schwab nearby who fills for free and Costco is an alternative since we buy our tires there, but this is nice to have for nights and travel when I'm out of other alternatives.

It's usually the batteries that die on these and make them bricks in a few months when you really need them.

I had the same question so I asked Alexa:
Yes, the NEVERLAND Tire Inflator supports Presta valves. It includes 4 nozzle adapters that work with different valve types, including Presta, Schrader, and sports ball valves.
Customers specifically mention it works great for bicycle tires, and the digital pressure gauge with bike mode preset makes it easy to inflate road bike tires precisely. The pump delivers up to 150 PSI with fast 19L/min inflation speed.

So I got the yellow/black one today. Feels quality Like pretty good quality with some heft. I was surprised how small it was. I pumped up a couple of bicycle tires at a good pace. I set target at 50 psi. It auto stops after reaching the target pressure. I have a pretty accurate tire pressure monitor and checked both afterwards. The first tire was 47 and the second 42.5. So it's not very accurate tire pressure reading. I suggest aim high then use a pressure monitor with bleed valve to get it just right.

Also, Sam's Club will fill members tires even if they were purchased elsewhere

Many auto shops will do it for free. Its like asking for water at a restaurant.

Most Mavis in my area have digital ones free and operable 24hrs. On the other hand, most gas stations have them, about half now accept credit cards. Old fashion ones accept quarters for barely three minutes before they stop. And credit card ones are even more expensive.
