Many Uniball inks are lefty friendly. Jetstream, 207/307, and Zento are popular amongst lefties.

I personally prefer the Pentel EnerGel. It's one of the few 0.5mm needle tips that still write without feeling scratchy.

Note: I'm not a lefty, I just like pens.
