Yes. And yet, somehow the sodium content is still 41% of RDA! Also pretty high in sat fat and cholesterol…but I'm sure it's tasty! Smilie

Thanks, I'm out! I never would have guessed such a tiny can of chicken based product contain so much fat. It's a can of liquid heart attack!

There's as much chicken in this as there is pork in Pork & Beans.

No, this is in standard Campbells Condensed soup cans. Always been this size.

Difference being this is not condensed, so it is essentially single serve and is listed as one serving on the can. Really not enough for two adults. Campbells condensed soups while generally listed as 2.5 servings. per can is realistically more like two, but enough for two adults.

Yep, 13 grams of protein per can. 2 ounces of chicken breast is the equivalent protein. Flour / milk needed for the dumplings / gravy also ads some protein. My guess is that this 10.5 oz. can has at the most 1.5 oz. of chicken in it.

Is it sufficient to incorporate water?

I don't disagree. It's worth a $1, but never full price.

Adding water would be disgusting.

Swanson quality is just above dollar store. Eat what you can afford but this is not a quality deal.
