I would discourage anyone from getting this weak unimpressive tool. in the pass i had several of the craftsman C3 18V Impact wrenches and they were great they did the job and pretty strong but the batteries did not last long... i updated myself and another technician to this V20 Impact and it was such a weak tool i actually apologized for gifting such an underwhelming tool. this is too weak at 275LBS, save yourself the money and get a Ryobi or Rigid Brushless. funny enough the V20 3/8 inch impact is very good and strong and for a small size i would recommend that... but this V201/2 Impact is a waste and let down.
