Just curious, are Hart hand tools made by another brand? Like in the same way that TTI makes Ryobi, Milwaukie, and hart power tools?

Hart is also made by TTi, their battery powered tools share a lot in common with Ryobi. (Except for the batteries) Their hand tools like this might be a rebrand from another manufacturer since that is pretty common for hand tools.

Yes they are and are said to be on the same level as Rigid, above ryobi and below Milwaukee
