Yes... But don't get all pissed off if your airline rejects it.

Item Dimensions: 21.7H x 13.8W x 9.1D in;

The standard airline carry-on size is 22" x 14" x 9" (56 x 36 x 23 cm) for major US carriers. This includes handles and wheels. Always check your specific carrier's policy before flying, as low-cost and international airlines often have stricter dimension and weight limits.

I am the kind of traveler who does not want to carry a heavy backpack on my back for an entire trip and suffer the associated shoulder and back pains. However when traveling to places like Europe or Asia with rough cobble stone roads, lots of stairs up and down train stations etc., having a part time option to carry the bag hands-free is nice. This bag itself is light with tuck-away backpack straps on the front makes it more comfortable to carry than those with straps on the back with the wheels that may also get in the way. This blue color isn't terrible and the price is good for a bag that's very well built to take a beating on the road.
My only negative is the roller handle design requires a hard "squeeze" and isn't as easy to engage as some others.

I'm not sure I would ever use this as a backpack with the weight of the roller assembly placed so far away
