FWIW I bought one of these 4 or so years ago and it lasted maybe 2 years before going kaput. Wound up buying a mini unbranded one this go round for $20. Figure ill get about as much time out of it.

I love these little Pyle mini-receivers. I have had one in my garage with an SD card in it for about 4 years now. It is plugged into some 8" 2 way speakers in-wall speakers. The sound from this unit is awfully good for $50. My first unit had spring loaded clips for the speaker wires and those were flimsy and broke. My 2nd unit, like the one in this deal, has banana plugs-- these are much more durable and I have not had an issue since. Like all head units, the speakers matter more than the receiver, but it you have decent speakers, it will not disappoint. My 2 gripes are the remote sucks and there is no easy way to navigate an SD card with a large number of songs.
