Single blades are nice because:
-Way less irritation and razor burn. This is their biggest pro I think. Helped my skin in many ways.
-Easy to clean as in they don't gunk up with hair. Only one blade so can just rinse hair out.
-Shave somewhat close. Not going to be as close as a more blade razor, but that's expected. I used to do two passes (with and side) and got a nice shave.
-Last decently long and are using very little recycled plastic.
