Surprised they haven't closed in general. Most stuff are just expensive and most I see end up getting online elsewhere for much more affordable prices. Only reason I still visit them is because I like walking around browsing for stuff I don't need. lol.

Ordered a rod and reel combo. They found a left over box and shipped it without any packing material. Guess how many pieces my 2 piece rod ended up as. Buy from somewhere else.

West Marine is a joke. I bought 50ft of rope. They sent me a 20ft rope. I figured it must be a mistake, so I called them. It turned out this wasn't a mistake. They planned to ship another 30ft in a separate box!!!

Had this happened with some other store, I can sort of understand. But a boating supply store?

Yeah, I ordered a spin combo from them once, same thing, and they wouldn't refund it. Won't buy anything from them ever again.
