The package received was 11 ounces and did not contain the tracking number of the filament. Post office said tracking number for filament was 11 ounces. They must have shown their package was part of this. I asked for a refund. Seller asked to wait a few more days. Aliexpress said they would process.
Note I've bought several items from Aliexpress this was my first real issue.

I have stopped buying the ones that ship 1-2 months after purchase as the window closes within a week of when it is supposed to arrive and automatically confirms the receipt within a few days. I think this is how the scan is supposed to work for the seller.
