Just got the mini 3 (RC controller) decent deal, havent opened yet... main thing i'm not liking is you can't livestream with it I just found out. I guess no biggie. Mini 5 pro worth almost 3 times the price? I guess I'm new to this new stuff, my old drone i flew years ago was a 3DR Solo.

Been wanting to purchase my first drone, and the DJI Mini 5 Pro is the one I'm set on. The combo I've been wanting is the RC2 Fly More Combo that is usually priced at $1,099. Is this a better deal than that? I just pulled the trigger on this one, because it seems the only thing it doesn't come with are the ND Filters & the shoulder bag.
Any reason not to upgrade to this from a Mini Pro 4? I have one still sealed in the box that I'm on the fence about keeping.
If you have a Mini 4 Pro, and planning on using it, you can go with the Mini 5 Pro with RC-N3, the simple remote, or RC2, the one with LCD, depends on which set you got. Or just the lone drone itself. Because apparently they shared the same remote, but they do not share the same propellers. Mini 4 Pro and Mini 3 Pro, maybe Mini 3 too, shared the same propellers.
Mini 5 Pro have LiDar sensors as part of its obstacle avoidance system.
And apparently Mini 5 Pro have bigger CMOS sensor for its camera as well as higher megapixels for photo. Cannot remember which site, maybe it was DJI's own website, but remembered there was mention of Mini 5 Pro have HDR enabled at certain mode(s)/condition(s) where Mini 4 Pro do not.
Mini 5 Pro also should have a slightly longer flight time, in matter of few minutes, than Mini 4 Pro when using their respective batteries, normal or plus.
Just did a quick search and there was a website popped out, under Freewell Gear, and they did a comparison of both, you should check it out as well as compare the specs on DJI's website so you can better decide on your own.

Being that this deal is $50 cheaper from the same reputable retailer makes this an outstanding deal for a prosumer grade drone!
