Should I expect burn in if it's fair condition or just something cosmetic to the frame
I wouldn't expect burn in even if it's the display model. Display models are usually sold fair because they're missing something. Most of the time the fair condition items for me at least, are in great condition. I've been watching a lot of reviews on this one and it has a hefty power supply that is probably a lot to replace. IDK if a substitute power supply would work because this has a lot of pass-through charging features, but it could be missing. I'm trying to find out if there is an hour usage counter, but one reviewer said no. I should be able to pick it up on Saturday so we will see.
Don't get the Dell from costco. I bought one and returned it quickly. It's horrible, 120hz. Doesn't work with older GPUs, it turns off automatically. The 3D sound will drive you insane. You have to stand still in front of the monitor like a tree for the 3D sound to work or it'll auto turn off if you move.

Appreciate the advice, I'm really enjoying this monitor. It barely looked used, but again, I can't tell how many hours are on it already. It's definitely the better choice over the Dell. Just whether someone wants to spend $350 on that vs. the $490 on this and new vs. open box...

I am happy you like the monitor. 🙂
