PROS :
- Super practical to use (I have hard wooden floor apartment)
- The disposable pads could be expensive, just find an alternative product from Amazon/Ebay ; there are plenty
CONS :
- it leaks around 10months after using. It's not that durable.
- Troublesome warranty replacement request. Have to call them, spent almost 2 hours on a totally unnecessary call to troublehooting (assisted by an Indian guy). However, at the end, I got my replacement.
It's a good, handy product, but it's just not designed for long-term use.
