No longer receiving deal alert emails

Hi - I haven't been receiving deal alert emails for almost a year now. Can you check if my account was flagged for bouncing emails, and if so reset it so they send again?

I am not getting alerts: Grocery
Since a couple of days ago. I see a few today's posts by going here, but no alerts.

I am getting other alerts, but not for Grocery.

I see there is an issue that would be affecting specific deal alerts (like your Grocery alert) , and hopefully I can get a fix for that out tomorrow. I will reply here when that fix is released.

I haven't been getting any emails from subscribed threads for some while now. I never mark any of them as spam. I think there's some other problem? any help appreciated… Maybe stupid mail service, They may have bounced back some emails when they weren't supposed to…

The team just made a change that should hopefully help with this issue, but if they don't start up again, please let us know.

I'm not longer getting emails. My email box was full for a while and I didn't realize. It's cleared up now. Can you re-enable notification emails for my account?

I too had my email host have a long stretch where they borked my email and you would have been getting 550 errors. I even tried changing my email address (same host and domain though). I get all of the code and confirmation emails, but no alert emails when I would normally get between 50 and 100 a day. I even tried setting a new alert, with 'amazon' and any for the thumbs and they don't show up. I appreciate the help in advance.

I reset the bounced emails flag so the system will start trying to send you emails again, but it looks like there was an issue with your email address getting fully updated - Can you please try signing out of Slickdeals everywhere that you are logged in, including the app if you have it, and then logging back in? Sometimes that can help the system sort of sync up with itself and fix this issue.
