The brand is sold world-wide and is owned by Samsonite. But these bundle sets by any brand for under $100 are rarely worth it.

Traveling to your destination is enough of a headache as it is, I always recommend spending up for decent set of luggage if you're travelling by air.

Although, traveling by car/bus this set will do the job as they won't get beaten up as much.

Me too. I did some research on this site and found the deal from Kohls in Nov last year seemed to be the best one: $67 + $15 KCash for an American Tourister 28" softside. Quality seems good.

Otherwise, just wait for the Samsonite OMNI 2 3 PC set for $200 on Amazon.

TravelPro is probably the best value I have found. They do have some lower quality ones that they sell through BJs which are not good. I buy direct through their website.

Hated is probably not the right word, but disliked for sure. I don't know if Walmart sells travel tours abroad or something, but probably a third to half of the americans you'd encounter abroad are the loud, obnoxious, self entitled ones. And of course we americans are generally so full of ourselves and think our shit don't stink, we're oblivious to how someone may not *love** us Wink.

With that said I've bought similar tourister suitcases and they more often than not last me a long time. So for average Joe on a budget - not a bad deal if you need a 4 set.
